Bangalore hosts 3rd edition of Randstad Award 2013
Randstad India, the leading HR Company in the country will host the third edition of the Randstad Award in Bangalore on 18th April, 2013. The Award ceremony will be a confluence of HR Heads and CXOs from companies across industry sectors such as IT, Auto, Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Consulting, Consumer Goods, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Travel & Hospitality sector.
The Randstad Award, instituted in the year 2000 was a major success in Europe and is considered to be very prestigious and coveted by employers. Launched in India in 2011, the Randstad Award continues to recognize and honour the “Most Attractive Employer” to work for, based on the opinion of over 7,000 potential, as well as, employed work force in India. The central theme of the award is to recognize and encourage companies to focus on the “Employer Brand” and position themselves well to attract and retain the best people.

Randstad Award is very unique as the winners are selected by the feedback from employed workforce alone and not based on inputs given by companies. For two consecutive years – 2011 & 2012 - Microsoft had bagged the “Most Attractive Employer” award. The other prominent companies which won special recognition in the past were TCS, Oracle, Volkswagen, Ernst & Young, ONGC, SAIL, Taj Group and Nokia.
